Ingredients
Green buckwheat — 16 oz.
- Green buckwheat — 16 oz.
- Pure drinking water — 506 fl. oz.
- Flaxseeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Salt — 1 tsp.
Instructions
Place buckwheat in a bowl and cover it with water. Soak overnight. Thoroughly wash buckwheat in the morning. Add 1 cup of water, place it in a food processor. Cover with a towel and let it rest at room temperature for 12 hours. Add seeds and mix them in. Grease a baking pan with oil. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 1 hour.
